Peadar McNamee ”My passion for food started at an early age in my mother’s kitchen.” At the age of 23, Peadar graduated in Culinary Arts with top honors. He excelled to the top of the class and won many prestigious awards throughout Ireland. He furthered his career by working in some of the top Castles in Ireland, Ashford, Kilkea and Darver Castle to name a few. Here he catered for numerous E.U. summit meetings, various celebrities including the President of Ireland and the Irish Prime Minister. He then proceeded to travel through Europe working in some excellent Mediterranean bistros and restaurants.
